Scott Hartman has joined Quinn Emanuel as a partner in its New York office. Hartman, who has expertise in securities and commodities fraud litigation, was recently at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where he served as Chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force for more than three years.
