Former SEC Enforcement Official Joins Morgan Lewis in D.C.

Morgan Lewis has welcomed Carolyn M. Welshhans, a 17‑year veteran of the SEC, to its office in Washington, D.C., where she will focus on SEC enforcement, investigations and litigation. Welshhans held a number of senior leadership roles at the SEC, including associate director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement (Division); Acting Chief of the Division’s Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit; Acting Data Officer for the Division; and Assistant Director in the Division’s Cyber and Market Abuse Units.
